Meet Leo

Leo Saraceno is a dedicated and intuitive massage therapist who brings a uniquely integrative approach to his work. A graduate of Elements of Healing Massage School, Leo trained extensively in East Asian massage techniques, developing a foundation rooted in anatomy, mindful touch, and whole-body balance.

One of Leo’s most distinctive skills is his training in visceral manipulation through the Barral Institute. This gentle yet highly precise modality works with the internal organs and their fascial connections, offering deep-reaching benefits for pain, mobility, and overall well-being. Leo has completed VM1, VM2, and VM4—over 120 hours of supervised training—and is actively working toward becoming a teaching assistant. He blends this work seamlessly with more traditional therapeutic and deep tissue techniques, always adapting his approach to meet the needs of each client.

Leo currently treats veterans through his credentialing with the VA. His experience in both clinical and community settings has strengthened his ability to listen closely—through both conversation and palpation—to what each body is expressing.

In addition to massage therapy, Leo is pursuing clinical herbalism training at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism, now in his second year of the three-year program. His ongoing herbal studies enrich his understanding of the body’s natural rhythms and healing processes, allowing him to bring a broader lens to his bodywork sessions.

Leo offers thoughtful, grounded care and is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, unwind long-held tension patterns, and reconnect with ease in their bodies.

Healing. Cooperation. Wellness.
