First Timers Introduction to Floating

What To Expect

 

First timers are in for a treat. Often called a massage for the body and mind, floating is an individualized experience that most people love. Frequent meditators and acupuncture patients are familiar with the deep state of relaxation that occurs in the float tank when the body and mind become still. Floaters comment this state of mindfully relaxed is achieved at a very fast rate with floating. Maybe you’ll feel embraced and comforted in the womb-like environment and shut off your mind, maybe your body will unwind and stretch in ways in hasn’t in years, or maybe your creativity will be sparked with ideas and inspiration only found in dream time.

 

Without a “lid” over you while floating in the tank, you can rest assured you’ll feel free and avoid feelings of confinement and restriction in our Open Float Tank. Concerned 60 minutes floating is too long? It’s no problem at all to safely leave the float tank at any time you’d like and end your session early.
