Myofascial Release or Trigger Point Release is a safe and therapeutic massage style that involves deep and sustained pressure to provide pain relief. This hands-on treatment is performed directly to the skin without oils or creams. Fascia, or connective tissue, is a thin membrane that surrounds our muscles and bones. Fascia can become entangled and direct, long-held pressure at proper conjunctive points can provide long-lasting pain relief. Schedule with Lori or Darby to try Myofascial Release Massage.
