Description
Women’s Health is an herbal boost for soups, teas, and bone broths. This herb broth formula tonifies and invigorates blood, strengthens spleen, resolves dampness, and spreads over liver Qi. Useful for aiding regular menstrual cycles, postpartum recovery, PMS, fibroids, painful periods, and headaches.
Uses: Warm it up and drink as is. Use as a base for soups or stocks. Use to enrich bone broth. Substitute for water when cooking whole grains. Add to congees and porridges.

Bai Shao (Radix Paeoniae Alba) White Peony Root 25%, Fu Ling (Scierotium Poriae Cocos) Poria 17%, Bai Zhu (Rhizoma White Atractylodes Macrocephalae) White Atractylodis 17%, Ze Xie (Rhizoma Alismatis) Water Plantain Root 16%, Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) Angelica Root 13%, Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Ligustici Chaung Xiong) Sichuan Lovage Rhizome 12%.
Preparation: Place herbs in pot and cover with 4 cups of water. Bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes. Strain liquid to keep and set aside for use as “1st cook”. Using the same herbs, add another 4 cups water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain out herbs and keep liquid as the “2nd cook”. Combine both “1st and 2nd cooks” and keep refrigerated until ready to use. Can be used as a tea, soup base, or added to bone broth for enhanced nourishment.
